The customer undertakes to enable delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where it can be delivered during normal delivery hours. In the event of non-compliance, Tripl3 Shot S.L. shall bear no responsibility for delays or impossibility of delivery.
Likewise, with respect to the use of products marketed by Tripl3 Shot S.L., the user is solely responsible for using them responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose, exercising particular caution when use may affect children or minors.

9. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are eight euros (€8) for mainland Spain on purchases under €100; fifteen euros (€15) for the Balearic Islands on purchases under €200; and forty-nine euros (€49) for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the European Union on purchases under €800.

When the CUSTOMER places an order to be delivered to Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands, the CUSTOMER may be required to pay customs duties, fees, and/or import taxes upon arrival of the package at its destination. Any additional charges due to customs clearance shall be borne by the CUSTOMER.
10. Placing an order
To place an order, you must access www.tripl3shot.com, register as a user by completing the electronic form displayed in the store, and follow the indicated instructions. After registration, to purchase products you must add the desired product to the cart, complete the order form provided, and validate it.
It is essential that the data entered in the form are correct, as Tripl3 Shot S.L. will reproduce them exactly, without modifying letters, capitalization, or punctuation. All specifications and details desired by the buyer must be provided at the time of placing the order. If the customer does not specify customizations, Tripl3 Shot S.L. will choose default details, which the customer may not reject.
Tripl3 Shot S.L. is not obliged to request missing information required for product manufacturing. However, if an error is detected, Tripl3 Shot S.L. may contact the customer by email to request clarification. In such cases, the delivery period will be suspended and will resume upon receipt of the requested information. If the customer fails to respond within 60 days, the order will be deemed cancelled and payment will not be refunded.
Once the order has been placed and paid for, no changes will be accepted.
Order validation by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions as part of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Tripl3 Shot S.L. constitute proof of transactions carried out. The electronic contract document will be archived and accessible. Upon completion of the purchase, the user will receive an order confirmation by email, including the purchase invoice.
11. Right of withdrawal and returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date your order is shipped, in exchange for another product or a refund. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from Tripl3 Shot S.L., requested within the 14-day period via the return form.
Once the merchandise is received and verified to be in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be refunded or a replacement product will be sent, as requested.
Tripl3 Shot S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the item is not returned in perfect condition.
If the product does not match the order or purchase, Tripl3 Shot S.L. will cover shipping and return costs. If errors are attributable to the buyer, the buyer will bear all shipping costs.
12. Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Tripl3 Shot S.L. at Av. Mil·lenari, No. 15, 08160 Montmeló, by phone at +34 680 916 915 or email at info@tripl3shot.com. You may also use the withdrawal form, though its use is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the expiry of the period.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs for non-standard delivery methods), within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
13. Product availability, shipping methods, and delivery times
The selection of products offered on www.tripl3shot.com is valid as long as products are visible on the website, subject to available stock. Delivery times are indicated on each product page.
14. Payment
Tripl3 Shot S.L. offers several payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard. Orders will be cancelled if the card is declined. Cards issued outside Spain must comply with the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol.
Bank Transfer: Must be completed within 5 days; otherwise, the order will be considered cancelled.
PayPal: Payment through your PayPal account.
15. Consumer goods warranty
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, all products have a two-year warranty from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or wear and tear. The consumer must report defects within two months of detection.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Purchases made at Tripl3 Shot S.L. are subject to Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent under applicable jurisdiction rules, taking into account consumer protections and the buyer’s domicile.
