Returns of any product will only be accepted during the 14 days after receipt and that have been authorized by the company Tripl3 Shot S.L.
It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition, including the seals and packaging. It is important to pack the products well so that they do not suffer any damage and include all the components and the original box/packaging of the product. Remember that, if the merchandise does not arrive in good condition, the amount to be returned or the return of the damaged product will be assessed. You must include the delivery note and check the refund or voucher box.
To return the merchandise you have to follow the following instructions:
As soon as it is received in our warehouse and it is verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund. The refund will be made by the same method that the payment was made (card, bank transfer, etc.).
