I TRIPL3 SHOT SOLIDARITY EVENT

The Catalan population of Montmeló hosted a unique event on August 9 and 10, which united basketball and solidarity for the first time in the region. The main protagonist on this occasion was the University of New Mexico State (NCAA1) that was touring our country. He faced an international team under the name of Europe Basketball Academy, which in turn had a large group of FEB and Copa Catalunya league players.

The event became more relevant by linking it with the “Tots amb l’Aina” childhood cancer movement. Tripl3 Shot donated the full amount collected to the family of Aina, who subsequently invested in the Oncopediatric unit of the Valle Hebron Hospital.
